This 5 story building, opened in Sundance Square in 1996, well ahead of the Sundance Square Plaza. It was designed by David M. Schwarz with HKS as Associate Architects. Linbeck was the General Contractor. This building gives Fort Worth a feel of San Francisco with five bay windows, a ground floor courtyard, a second floor balcony with trellis, and a fifth floor balcony. Mi Cocina Mexican Restaurant is the major restaurant tenant. Mi Cocina features outdoor dining in the courtyard on the south side of the building. Mi Cocina serves homey Tex-Mex items in a very trendy interior. Other small shops occupy the ground floor. Office space occupies the upper four floors.
