This new four story building at the corner of 7th and Summit was designed by Schwarz-Hanson Architects of Fort Worth. It houses BBVA Compass Bank and D&M Leasing. Whitley Penn relocated to the Frost Tower. The building features red brick and piers at the column locations. It has an entry tower on the northwest corner of the building.
