City Tower

1600 Texas St. - 2008

The City Tower is an addition to the Trinity Terrace retirement community project.  The building is 16 stories and it is a radical departure from the other building on the site.  The building offers great views of the skyline and it sits on the Trinity River Bluff.  The building was designed Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects from Portland, Oregon and is 16 stories tall.  It's height is 169 feet.  A third tower is planned for the remaining portion of the block.
