This building was the first to open within the 12 acre Museum Place development. It is eight stories tall and features ground floor retail, four levels of office space in the middle of the building, and three levels of condominiums on the upper three floors. One Museum Place has approximately 200,000 square feet within the mixed uses, which wrap around an eight level parking garage. The structure is oriented toward the intersection of Camp Bowie Blvd., University Drive, and West 7th Street, and the condominiums offer commanding views of West 7th Street and downtown. The building was designed by James Harwick + Partners, Inc. of Dallas. Current retail tenants include Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Legacy Texas Bank, Joy Floral Co., 7th Street Barbers, and 7th Street Cleaners.
